Equality and non-Discrimination

The principles of equality and non-discrimination are at the heart of human rights and help to reduce disadvantage on numerous grounds and in many areas. Human rights are for everyone, throughout society and across the globe. We work to promote equality and counter discrimination through Human Rights laws and institutions.

Accountability for Rights Voilation

The rule of law and accountability for human rights are critical for prevention of violations of conflict, violence and sustaining of peace and achievement of inclusive development. We work with our leagal members and partners to defend the rule of law and accountability for human rights violations.

Development & Technical Support

Human rights violations are the root cause of conflict and insecurity. We monitor the rights violations committed during armed conflicts or incidents of sexual and gender-based violence and bring facts and evidence to the parties and created public attention, and advocate for changes in policy, provide training advice and support.

Human Rights Characteristics

One may continue to argue about the nature of human rights, but the international community started its astonishing commitment to human rights through the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.
